When we connect our breath with physical movements we learn to consciously perceive our body which contributes to the improvement of our body awareness. This has a corresponding positive effect on our self-confidence.

 

In yoga, we focus specifically on our own body and bring our breathing into harmony with the movement. This helps us to turn off our mind and block out everyday problems. Regular practice helps us in stressful situations enabling us to consciously connect with the breath and to get off the mental merry-go-round.

 

Book your private session with me, alone or together with your friends. A private session allows me to tailor the class to your needs. We will discuss beforehand what your wishes are and what we will focus on in the class. All my classes are suitable for both beginner and advanced yogis.
