Emotional Release Bodywork
When I got to know Jess, it didn't take long for her to tell me that she could feel my heart was closed. We had only met a few times before, but there was an immediate connection between us. At first, I was surprised by her insight, but as she was right, I felt seen and understood.
About a week later, we met for a bodywork session, and I wasn't sure what to expect. Despite having engaged in various spiritual work and personal growth over many years, this experience proved to be the most challenging one yet. We began with a meditation, and Jess quickly identified the areas we needed to delve into.
During the session, we worked on dissolving old soul contracts with love and compassion, all for the highest good of all beings. With this deep knowing, it was the first time I could truly let go of what was blocking me from opening my heart.
Remarkably, just three days later, I met a wonderful man with whom I shared some special moments. Thanks to the deep healing I received from Jess, I could open my heart and experience all these wonderful feelings again. Even though this connection didn't last long, it was a breakthrough in my life because I've learned not to try to protect my heart anymore.

"The Kundalini after bliss feeling is pure medicine and gives me every time a feeling of coming more home within myself.
